Dilasa is an organization dedicated for the rural development. Presently, it is working in 3664 villages of Marathwada, Vidarbha and North Maharashtra Region and has its head office in Aurangabad. Dilasa has established its offices in Nashik, Akola and Osmanabad along with a strategic office at Pune. Altogether, Dilasa is working in water and livelihood sector in 24 districts of Maharashtra.

Dilasa shall foster a culture of caring, mutual trust and continuous learning while implementing sustainable natural resource management.
Remarkable work in watershed:
Dilasa is the only organization which had implemented watershed development projects in 3 lakhs ha of land with ridge to valley approach. After the strong implementation, Dilasa played the role of Resource Support Organization (RSO) under Indo-German Watershed Development Project (IGWDP), RSO in NABARD Holistic Watershed Development Programme (NHWDP), RSO in Watershed Development Fund (WDF) of NABARD and completed all 64 projects with partnership of different NGOs.
CSR with Coca-Cola, ACC, Sterlites, etc.
Dilasa has made all out efforts to make Corporate Social Respo-nsibility (CSR) activities more sustainable by implementing the chain of cement plugs with the help of Sterlite Technologies Ltd. With the help of aquifer based identification of cement plugs, Dudhana river rejuvenated. The ACC Cement is making all out efforts to implement CSR activity in drought affected Ashti block of Beed district. The Coca-Cola also came forward to implement full-flaged watershed programme.

1) Bhoomijal Samvardhan 2007 – A National Award by Ministry of Water Resources for remarkable work in water sector
2) Water Digest Award 2007-2008 as "Best Water NGO- Revival of Rural Water Resources" for outstanding contribution in the field of water in India.
3) Rank first in the state under NGO impalement in Maharashtra for integrated watershed management programme (IWMP) with 96 marks out of 100, evaluation conducted by NABCONS.
4) Member of project sanctioning and steering committee of NABARD under Tribal Development Fund programme.
5) Received 92% marks under Institutional Study of NGOs conducted by NABARD.
6) Ranked for monitoring & evaluation agency by National Level Rating.
