Mr. Ashok Shinkar was the CEO – Wholesale Credit at Capital First Limited (CFL), a NBFC, and majority owned by Warburg Pincus. Prior to which he was CFO of CFL.

Ashok was on the Board of Wanbury Limited, a Pharma company, where he headed finance function & also handled strategy, accounts, taxation, mergers and acquisitions and finance mobilizations

Past experiences include, investment banking experience in SSKI and JM, Morgan Stanley, where Ashok, handled Corporate Finance Advisory; M&A; Private Equity; Debt and Equity Structuring; and Merchant Banking activities

Ashok is a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and a Chartered Accountant.
